I had a Colonoscopy performed. The preliminary consultation and the subsequent procedure went according to plan. Appointments were on time and staff was professional. I'm returning for a endoscopy in Nov '25.
Doctor Valeska Balderas has her own policies; which are not stated or told before hand. She decides if you can have someone with your or not to get results; even when the patients request to have a family member and you ask the receptionist just say that’s her policies; who is she to decide! I will find another doctor and I definitely don’t recommend this doctor!
