I've been working with Blake Gibson for the past 3 months on optimizing my sets and hypertrophy. I have learned a ton from him and am incredibly grateful for his expertise! It wasn't easy, he will push you past your limits but it's very worth it and I've been getting stronger each week. Great gym with good options if you like to strength train. Joseph has been phenomenal at addressing any concerns or questions that may arise. Front desk staff is always friendly.
Great gym, that is welcoming to everyone. Friendly staff, especially Bryce. I miss the punching bag. Can’t wait for the saunas!
