Over the past five years, our family has been members at this location. When we first joined, the staff was attentive, the amenities were well maintained, and the facility felt like a premium experience. Unfortunately, over time we’ve noticed a gradual decline, and this past year has been especially disappointing. I just wanted to write a review especially for Nathalia (hopefully I spelled her name right) but one of the main reason I left my previous gym was that overtime the lack of "cleaningness" just went down hill after one of their employees left. I've been coming here since mid of last year and every morning I come I see Nathalia clean and clean and not just a basic "clean" but I see her get on the floor at times to clean the equipment.
