After listening to a podcast that discussed an incident involving this gym, I was really disappointed by how the owner handled a situation with a client. Calling the police on a client felt like an extreme response and raised serious concerns for me about the gym’s approach to conflict resolution. It made me reconsider whether this is the kind of environment I’d want to support or feel safe in.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This gym does not know how to handle situations professionally or with basic human decency. My friend, a highly respected black belt and long-time martial arts student, followed her trainer of five years to this gym out of loyalty and dedication. I had a disappointing experience at this gym. I visited to explore membership options but ultimately decided it wasn’t the right fit for me, based on my personal preferences. Unfortunately, the interaction that followed was unprofessional. The owner appeared more concerned with my religion than having a constructive conversation, and when I politely declined to sign up, I was unexpectedly accused of trespassing.
