Very disappointed with our recent experience. We reserved the same sky lift we had previously rented and provided a clear description, but Texas First Rentals had the wrong unit ready and their records were inaccurate. Even after explaining the impact on our project, we were offered no meaningful solution. The manager, Justin, shifted the blame instead of taking responsibility, which was extremely frustrating. These guys are the best. Thank you Clayton Loper with helping us print a form we needed and getting someone to unload our truck so quickly. Ivan, thank you for going the extra mile unloading another lift off our truck that went to Grapevine which was our first stop, and reloading it. You saved us over an hour and a half by doing this. As truck drivers we need all the time we can get! Going to Grapevine now then headed for a pick-up in Denning. Many thanks to all of you at TEXAS FIRST Dan And Teri Tye
