Horrible company to deal with. I rented a dozer for a month, 28 days, but they want to charge me twice as much because I used it more than 160 hours. The sales representative, Carson Wright, specifically said the rental rate was based on the number of days, 28, not the hours, as long as I didn't run it 24 hours per day. Bad company, they don't care about the little guy. Stay away from them. I'm taking them to court on this issue. Great people to work with, equipment is always clean and in great condition.
Texas First Rentals is the worst heavy equipment rental company you could choose. No costumer service and they will not take anything serious even when all detail our in the email communication, then proceed to blame you as the costumer even though all info was in writing..
