Texas First will be the Texas Last people I call for equipment rentals. Customer service definitely isn’t First that’s for sure. Sales rep couldn’t even bother to call to see if there was anything they could do to alleviate the issue. They told the mechanic to “do what he could do.” My company rented a boom lift and the generator on it went out. It’s crucial I have that working on this job being on a military installation. Rented a backhoe to tear dow and clean up my home that was destroyed by a fire. Backhoe was delivered in sept and was used until January, I never received any invoices bills or statements in the mail but began getting lien notices for unpaid labor or materials charges.
