They dont load or off load the equipment like other companies do. They make you do it. Also they wasted 1hr of my time on product availability. I ended up having to drive to another location to get what I needed resulting my job to delay 1 day

Lies lies and lies. No call no shows then more lies then "ohh we'll call you back" then huge bill for nothing! If you like standing around and being embarrassed in front of your client, get a big bill, not be able to speak to a manager.. then Texas first rentals is the place to go!
