Ron and his team did an exceptional job with multiple flooring/staircase projects in our house. Ron is easy to work with, very prompt, gives fair pricing, and was flexible with us when we changed our mind last minute. He checked on things on a daily basis, even on weekends and got the projects completed on time. His team took great care of our furniture, covered all counters/shelfs/chandeliers and were meticulous about cleanliness. We were impressed with how much care they took. I had a great experience with Ron and Texas First Floors! They offered competitive pricing, were quick to respond, did excellent installation work, and honored everything they said they were going to do. They removed old glued down engineered wood floors and installed new ones in a week. Excellent customer service, professional workers, quick response times.

We appreciated having Ron’s guidance through our entire floor replacement. He had great choices to choose from for the new floor at a price we felt was fair. Ron was always very responsive by phone and text. This made the entire process painless. I appreciate this because I haven’t always experienced this with other home contractors. His crew was very professional. They prepped our home well so that there wasn’t a mess of dust or other materials for us to clean after the job. Overall, we were happy to have the work done with... read more
