Kaylah is a wonderful woman. She has helped me so many times . I am not very good with computers or cellphones. She will take charge and fix my phone banking problems. I like to go into the bank when I know she is working. Laylah is a valuable person to me. Laylah is a valuable to Texas first Bank. She is the very first associate to make me feel welcomed.
Disappointed no one knew when the ATM would be replaced in the Friendswood branch and I’m getting charged an ATM fee now and the nearest one is quite far from Friendswood. Also not very competitive CD rates. My first bad experience
at the Friendswood branch the tellers are all nice and give good service; in the lobby there is never a live; the bank is clean and the seasonal decorations make it feel like a hometown personable bank; I like the coffee and snacks too
They helped me set up an estate account. The staff at Texas First Bank were very polite and caring about the situation. I appreciated them being professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.
