I see a lot of other great reviews but I had more mixed feelings which I will outline below. (+) When l was able to speak to the doctor and primary nurse they were friendly and had a great bedside manner. The doctor was very good and gentle at the ultrasounds. (+) The portal software they have shows the test results very clearly. (+) Side effects from the medication and retrieval were not bad compared to some of the other stories I read online. The doctor was great, but the billing department was by far the worst part of my experience. They charged me for the full treatment package even though I only received monitoring services. When I tried to resolve the issue, they were unwilling to cancel the incorrect charges or provide me with the direct billing information I requested. On top of that, their customer service is terrible. The wait times are extremely long, and now they don’t even answer the phone.
