We are really torn writing this review because while the final quality of the work itself was done well, the process to get there was terrible. It took 8 full months to complete our project. We were enclosing our small patio. Throughout the entire process, communication and project management were abysmal. We were never proactively updated. My husband constantly had to reach out just to get basic status updates, including texting directly with Stephen, the president.
