Worst service ever !
I honestly wish I could give more stars!!! Mr. Hughes, chase is beyond amazing!! I got in a wreck on Feb 8th and it took Mr. Hughes less then a week to get everything done!! He has went above and beyond to make this such a easy process!! He was beyond professional and always made sure to answer any questions I had or made sure I understood things!! I have been a customer with state farm, farmer's and everything in between. Texas farm bureau is the cheapest by far with awesome customer service. I have dealt with Richard for over 15 year's and even though im up the road From their Fannett location their great customer service keeps me coming back.
