I received an online quote from Texas Farm Bureau Insurance for state‑required minimum liability coverage; however, shortly after I received an email stating before they would move forward with issuing the policy, I was told I had to pay a membership fee, which I did. My husband and I had a delightful experience with Chris Forgey. He helped me insure a truck I inherited from my late father, and was able to get my husband a significantly better rate by having him switch over from Progressive. He took plenty of time to explain the ins and outs of the policies, and the benefits (hello, roadside assistance and rental car discounts)! He was very kind and informative. We're happy to be with Texas Farm Bureau!
Rachel wouldn’t even respond to emails or give a quote as I couldn’t provide current insurance on a new vehicle I don’t have insurance on. Rude and unprofessional.
