I been with USAA for auto insurance for 7 years. My policy went from $1000 every 6 months to $1798 every 6 months. Notified 2 weeks before the increase! I called 6 diff insurance companies and was quoted $16-1800 every 6 months. Mathew Jenkins at Rockwall Texas Farm Bureau(that’s hard to spell lol) quoted me $730 every 6 months(liability coverage). These people never call you back. I’ve left many messages with someone i assume is front desk and NEVER get a returned call. I have already voiceed my concern and still nothing. Some insurance company!!!!
