I came from San Antonio and decided to move to my local office. Worst move I could have made. I can never get hold of anyone, much less the agent himself. I’ve contacted the office repeatedly and there’s either no one there or the person who answers sounds like she’s done with life in general. Edit for 2026: So it went down. Then went back up. Now, I bet it will be higher the next round. I really thought this insurance company would be able to care about their clients. Rates have gone up over $100 in a year and you still pay membership fees. Every single time we call there are no agents, they are always at conferences or other events. Getting quotes this week. You’ve become no better than any other NATIONWIDE insurance. Zero benefit to stay local.
