The last claim I have with them take 4 months to get finally called by the adjuster. The claim for the thunderstorm still waiting for the adjuster to call, can't go to work and they don't call or try to fix. Don't recommend this insurance, they take months to answer.
Tried to get a quote and gave me some dumb inaccurate excuses of why they couldn't give me a quote. If you don't want customers just say that.
