Didn’t not protect me when my vehicle was hit by illegal on ankle monitor with no license. Paid them out and my rates went up. Horrible representation do not use
A horrific experience! My entire family had this worthless insurance. My son was killed by a drunk driver. They made it incredibly difficult for my family to collect on his insurance. (It took more than six months) The adjusters were incredibly rude and evasive. One of the adjusters hung-up on me and passed me off to another adjuster who was just as rude and evasive.
