So I know the people that operate The agency here but I’m telling you no one in the office seems to want to work for the customer so my suggestion is don’t use State Farm and Pleasanton use Flor as well because that’s who’s taking over my policy in the next couple days. They wanna work with you they’re faster service and they don’t tell you they can’t take payment because your agent is not in the office. Farm Bureau agents explained my policies, and covered details to ensure my understanding of what I was purchasing. They actually sat down, face-to-face with me to review my coverage. Who else does that?

I had a new agent here when I got my insurance policies. It was nice in the beginning to have a direct line of communication. Bur since then I hardly get any responses from my agent(Rachel G). I reached out in June 2021 for an update on the policy and no response. An accident happened with the business in August 2021 and I was not insured. This is a big deal. Be very aware of lack of communication before getting insurance through this branch
