So I know the people that operate The agency here but I’m telling you no one in the office seems to want to work for the customer so my suggestion is don’t use State Farm and Pleasanton use Flor as well because that’s who’s taking over my policy in the next couple days. They wanna work with you they’re faster service and they don’t tell you they can’t take payment because your agent is not in the office.
