They will not renew my insurance because I speak to loudly and I questioned the receptionist on why my insurance was higher than she quoted even though id gave her the vin number, tried to tell me it takes up to 24 hours for a accurate quote even though you have given the vin which is bologna, the male agent which I dont know his name but I will find out wasnt just rude he got in a fighting stance and I actually thought I was gonna get whipped, because I speak loudly and questioned my insurance premium

We have had excellent, I would say outstanding customer service with Texas Farm Bureau Ins. Athens, TX. If we have questions they always answer during office hours, pleasant to deal with, get back to us quickly with answers. They have the best prices also. Would highly recommend !
