Luis Villareal took care of my entire 4 person family for over 10 years. Adding both of my sons' cars. Then giving me as a divorced woman the same excellent service when our family accounts separated. After covid, customer service from some entities became an unexpected optional experience. Not Luis. He was always responsive. I've been unecessarily sued twice in car wrecks where either I was not driving or did not even own the car or where I did not cause the wreck but was knocked unconconcious by someone ticketed by police ... read more

I left information with secretary on auto insurance and house insurance quotes. I was promised an agent would call, but that did not happen. This happened in both the McKinney and Spring Creek office in Plano. I would say that is most unprofessional. If they don’t want me as a client, they should at least return a call. Business must be good. Bye, bye Texas Farm Bureau!

Getting a check for a claim from these goons is like pulling teeth. Not organized unprofessional and unpleasant. Worst insurance company ever. I'd be surprised if they ever pay out on claims. They would rather you call and report accident to your own insurance, rather than pay out themselves. Trash of a company and a joke. They probably don't have a full coverage option. Sorry if you've been hit by anyone with liability at this dump of an insurance company.

My experience with adjuster TJ Heutzenroeder was nothing short of exceptional. He is an adjuster for Texas Farm Bureau and I am the contractor doing the repairs. TJ was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job explaining the claim process to the homeowner. He is a valuable member of Farm Bureaus team and somebody who deserves the accolades that comes with 5 star service he provides his policyholders.

CAUTION! Texas Farm Bureau Insurance is an absolute nightmare when needing support with their claims process. Dustin Strube’s delayed response time, truly impedes the process. 10/10 highly do NOT recommend this insurance company. You will never receive the service you pay for!
