We have had Texas Farm Bureau since we moved here. I used word of mouth back then to find them. I was told they were the best ones that would insure a manufacture home in the unincorporated aria; back then. I had a old timer for a while as my agent. He handed us over to Mario Lopez, Jr. and he is the absolute best. They have come to the rescue for us; too many times to ignore. After 5 years of paying insurance on 5 vehicles and not once having filed a claim. We decided to apply for additional insurance. I was unimpressed with the lack of time, effort and professionalism shown to us during the process. We have decided to go with another insurance company who will have a team ready to help us with anything we need, whenever we need it, and will have the time to listen to and answer our questions and concerns.
