My mom and I came into the business to take care of something. As we walked in, the bell above the door rang to let the staff know customers had entered. We waited for about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. During that time, we could see two employees in the back talking. They looked in our direction, so they clearly knew we were there, but neither of them came over to help us. After waiting with no assistance, we decided to leave. Very disappointing customer service.
I called this location on a Friday to get a quote, spoke to a receptionist who stated that all agents were unavailable. She offered to take all my info and have an agent call me back the following Monday. I gave her all my personal info but never heard back from anyone, ever. What exactly did you do with all of my information? I ended up going to another agent to sign up all of my vehicles with a new policy.
I’m right here at 9:20. Office opens at 9:00, supposedly. I took out of the policy a car for which I was paying $95 monthly and my new payment decreased $35 only. This Forth Worth office is really not honoring the service I received before.
Cancelled Roadside Assistance because I was recently unable to get through to anyone after 35 minutes of calling back and being on hold. Call was disconnected twice. This was the first time I had ever tried to use Roadside Assistance though I had it included in my auto policy for years.
