Without a doubt, the best insurance company I've had the opportunity to be with. Spent over 22 years with USAA, but switched to Farm Bureau, who does an exceptional job providing adequate coverage to fit our needs in addition to two teenage drivers. Couldn't be any happier. Susan Pick is an excellent agent. She’s quick to answer questions and calls and makes you feel like her top priority. She’s very knowledgeable and will do what’s best for you, not what’s best for her. She has a big heart and genuinely loves to help people. I would recommend her to anyone and always do!
Just want to give a shout out to Susan Pick with Kendall County Farm Bureau! I’ve been with them for years. When my daughter was in an accident a few years ago (not at fault, a lady t-boned her), I called to let her know about it as soon as I got to the scene. Ten minutes later I turned around and she was right there to make sure my daughter was ok and to start the process through our (and the other lady’s) insurance.
