Shane is the worst person. VERY VERY unprofessional. Has canceled my policy 3 times in 2 years for no reason other than he can communicate. He has no communication skills at all. Called me off his personal number then proceeded to tell me not to contact him on his personal number. He has costed me more money than he has helped me.
