Happy with agent. Receive calls often from Carr insuring satisfaction often. Excellent customer service and good relationship with the staff. Extremely unhappy with accusations, demeanor and reproachful remarks from an adjuster who's treatments we're out of line. The adjuster showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism he's out of place in an otherwise flawless office.
