Farm bureau insurance has always treated me fair but June 2024 we had a bad storm and I believe I got one of the worst adjusters Farm bureau has. David Roberts would never respond to my emails, calls or text. I was already dealing with enough stress dealing with my home and shop damages then having to deal with my adjuster not responding to me. If you have a claim and get David Roberts as an adjuster you should ask for a different adjuster ASAP.
I find it hard to believe these are not reviews from family members and imaginary NPC.
The two secretaries (I think their names were Heather and Alexis) went above and beyond to help me, answer my questions. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. This insurance company has been there for me when someone hit and run into my vehicle. They made a horrible situation painless and helped me from start to finish. Thank you I would recommend this place to everyone!!!
