Don’t waste your time. They cannot get simple billing situated. I am assured more times then I can imagine that it’s taken care of and it never is. I have given them more months to fix and it’s been a problem since day 1. If you want to have billing nightmares have at it. It all has to be done on paper and where that paper goes after it’s filled out, who knows, because nothing is ever done. Save yourself the hassle and fees and look elsewhere.

As much as I love my Mineola , Texas and the people that live there, I am a very loyal FARM BUREAU customer and I love the business though this particular branch not so much. I have been calling for a quote patiently waiting since September and no one has called me back. I have left messages several messages I have left voice messages and still no one has called. I don’t know where to start, but this was some of the customer service! Juan really listen to all of my insurance needs and took his time explaining how it all works and got me the best deal by far compared to the other companies I got quotes from. Thank you so much Juan!
