Their automatic payment system is faulty and doesn't pay the first payment (which I paid the first payment that would be the 2nd payment that they didnt process). I didnt know this was an issue.They canceled our policy, didn't tell us, then charged us an extra $100 to "restart it". They were able to call me to tell me my service was canceled, but weren't able to call me when the payment didn't go through- only when they were able to charge me a $100 fee after a ten day period where they graciously "gave me an extra 10 days".... read more

Lousy service. They break up payments into smaller monthly payments instead of just one payment without communication. They charge for credit card payment

After waiting weeks for my surety bond, no response from the Hill county office. After being a customer of theirs for well over 20 years I expect better service.
