Poor work ethic, terrible customer service, we had to make 5 trips in to get our stuff done because the staff kept making mistakes on the paperwork for what we were doing, and when we finally got two long awaited checks one of them had a pointless 10 day hold placed on it after 10 weeks of trying to get the check in the first place.
