This company ia very misleading. Roadside assistance counts as full on claims to your policy and using it will cause them to give u a non-renewal notice. Which defeats the purpose of having it in the first place. My adjuster was always willing to talk to me but I wasn't warned about several things upfront. If you use thia company, ask questions... or they will go around loop holes and "assume" you know things and then serve u with a non renewal notice.
Don’t rent with them They have attitude they don’t want to try to resolve the issue that their tenants are loud blaring the base all ours revving up their engines and now shootings this new company that took over for Pecan Grove Apartments suck very bad after they took over the tenants, there are bad they are not good people they went to bad people. they never answer the phone. They never return the phone call, but they sure want your rent money.
