Not a friendly person that answers the phone . My premium went up by over 30$ per month and they can't give a reason other than inflation. Yet I found great coverage through progressive for less than my rate .
This company will not repair your vehicle to the prior condition it was in before an accident. They do not care. One of their customers wrecked into me. All the adjuster asked for were pictures, they did not come and look at my vehicle. The pictures were unable to reflect what actually happened. They took a very quick statement over the phone and made a decision based on pictures. Not what the actual damage was. When I tried to discuss it, they told me I had to prove it.
