Wonderful insurance company. We have processed auto and home insurance claims in the 9 years that we have had coverage with TXFB and never had an issue. When people complain about their insurance companies, I always tell them call Kathy Winters, if she writes your coverage then it will be written correctly.
We somehow missed paying the $45 membership fee. No one called, emailed, or even texted. We had to call for an unrelated issue and was then told we needed to pay it and paid it right then over the phone. Nothing else was said and unrelated question was answered and call ended. Months later, we had a hail storm and called to ask about the claim process for our roof only to be told we had no home owners coverage. ZERO.
