Terrible customer service. If they stop receiving payment, they’ll claim they sent you a letter and won’t bother calling before they drop you. I never got a letter and was without insurance for a while without knowing it. Now I have to pay more for insurance because I have no record of being insured for over 30 days. Hostile woman answered the phone. According to her, If you purchase a vehicle and add it to your policy you may drive around for up to 6 months with no proof of insurance because they “have no control over when the cards are sent out” and they “aren’t going to work on something if you don’t specifically request it”.
