Initially, they did a good job. However, my rates kept going up in large increments. The first time, it was due to payouts in other areas that were hit by disasters and all insurances went up. But it kept happening and the last time, it was pretty big. When I contacted the office, I was told my agent would call me back. He didn’t. After several tries, I was able to speak to him.
