Service is pretty bad. Acting like they are the only insurers available. Need to follow up and remind them if you want something done. Might not be all off the workers, I might be unlucky to be working with the ones I am complaining about. I should use this time and energy to find alternative cover.

I am not surprised by the number of negative reviews for this company. I also had a terrible experience with them. These people can be called a fraudulent company as well. They did not compensate me with the amount due when I had an accident with my car. I have assigned this company to represent me when I had the accident. The remaining amount to close my car loan was $29,750, and the other in-fault driver insurance company issued a check for $30,452. This company scammed me and took the remaining amount.
