Horrible insurance!!! Wrong name on policy after asking for corrections since day one...here we are ten months later and still the same headache. Service is a joke, follow up is non existent, and to top the cake they will not return calls. Do yourself a favor and STEER clear of these people
Started off by recieving email notifications. So I wanted to figure out where they are located at. All the email tells you is there is a file available to view. No link to the document or anything. So I log in. Look at all of my available tabs. None of it is showing any notification. So I was fed up and called someone.l to figure where these notifies are located at.
