I started with this company when I was 16 years old. Wayne Dover was an amazing agent, the staff always answered. Once Wayne retired we were “given” to Justin Vann who does not answer the phone, never in the office and you are LUCKY if the office even answers. Cancelling my policy was the best thing I’ve ever done. Now they just need to send us the payments they decided to charge a month AFTER we cancelled.
The roadside assistance program is sketchy. Called for fuel delivery and was charged for the gas. He'll, I can walk to the gas station and fill up a can myself. No where does it state in clear, plain language that there is a charge for the fuel. Like the delivery guy said, it is rare for 2 gallons to not be included. Say it up front if there's a charge and don't be vague about it. Also, sold a 2021 and dropped the coverage and still paying almost $200/mo. for a 2006 and 2013.
TOLD ME HE NEEDED MY HUSBAND INVOLVED TO SELL ME AUTO INSURANCE (HUSBAND DIED 7 YEARS ago) I just had the most absurd conversation I think I’ve ever had with any insurance professional in my life.
