The roadside assistance program is sketchy. Called for fuel delivery and was charged for the gas. He'll, I can walk to the gas station and fill up a can myself. No where does it state in clear, plain language that there is a charge for the fuel. Like the delivery guy said, it is rare for 2 gallons to not be included. Say it up front if there's a charge and don't be vague about it. Also, sold a 2021 and dropped the coverage and still paying almost $200/mo. for a 2006 and 2013.
TOLD ME HE NEEDED MY HUSBAND INVOLVED TO SELL ME AUTO INSURANCE (HUSBAND DIED 7 YEARS ago) I just had the most absurd conversation I think I’ve ever had with any insurance professional in my life. If you want to have the easiest and most professional experience while dealing with insurance come here and ask for Tatum! She is the absolute best agent I have dealt with at any company and I will use Texas Farm Bureau and recommend them always because of her.
