As others have mentioned, you can’t get a hold of them at this location. I filled out a quote online and requested a call back to speak to an agent. Didn’t get a call so I tried calling them the next day, no answer throughout the day so I left a voicemail. Next day no return call still so I called them. Called for a week straight and eventually called corporate. They suggested trying another office within the same county. Can't even get them to return calls for an insurance quote. Guess they have all the business they need. First impressions are everything, and your office failed abysmally. Good riddance!
Amazing insurance company!!! Even though my encounter with this amazing team. Was do to their insurer being at fault! But these agents were nothing but patient and understanding. I’m not sure if it’s okay to mention names but Mike Phillips Senior claims rep is awesome and deserves to be recognized! Thank you for all your hard work Mike!
