We met on Saturday March 22, 2025 with June Hill. June was AMAZZZZING...she really helped us and explained everything very well. We were very grateful that she was able to meet with us on a Saturday. Due to that is the only time that we are available. Thank you, June, for all of your help with our home policy...also letting us know that we have the option to combined our auto insurance for more savings. We highly recommend June Hill and she definitely deserves 10+ STARS for her EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👏✨️🌟🌠⭐️!!!
We live in Lantana and the entire subdivision was hit hard by the March 2024 hailstorm. I contacted the Texas Farm Bureau office the day after the hailstorm and Jake Janek(the adjuster who was assigned to our claim)came out a few days later and made a thorough inspection of the roof and other damaged items. Jake was awesome and very detail oriented. Texas Farm Bureau covered the roof, pergola cover, fence, garage doors, metal roof and gutters.
