These guys are complete trash they dropped me as a customer after 3 years of being with them. Because of something on my record that shouldn't even be relevant today almost 10 years later. That's discrimination if I've ever seen it. I have long since own a successful business. Also am a respected member of my church and community which makes no sense to me why I would be dropped. They also charge you a membership fee every year just to be a member and I've never heard of that with an insurance company. These are money hungry... read more
I thought they were good insurance company but their customer service sucks Rene needs better communication skills. I kept asking her a question that she wasn’t answering or even better explaining herself and she had the audacity to say I’m not listening.
