My house in West Fork was destroyed by fire 1/7/25 while I was staying at a VA hospital in Dallas with a son with a broken neck, paralyzed from an accident The entire West Fork neighborhood is ALREADY proclaiming my new house, not even all the way built 'yet', to be the prettiest house in the neighborhood! Terrible giving me the run around and difficult to reach adjuster. Vehicle been in shop over one month. Poor service I wish I never signed up with this insurance company.
Good luck getting anyone to call you back. No one is ever in the office and if they are there, they’ll tell you one of the agents will call you back and then that never happens. I was trying to buy a policy, but I guess it’s a good thing because if I can’t get them to call me back when I’m trying to buy something, if I had a claim, they’re never going to call me back.
Do not use this insurance agency. Texas farm Bureau Insurance is unethical.
