I’ve been with them for several years, consistently paid my bill on time, the first time I call them for help I saw what they are really like. I got to see their true colors today, disappointed and frustrated is the politest way I can describe how I feel, and I stuck with them for years when I had cheaper offers. I really regret my loyalty to them now. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Guess I have to spend money on a lawyer now to get them to do right.
ZERO STARS UPDATE: after finally getting hold of someone and trying to figure out policies and numbers I get a you are WASTING MY TIME. I used to be a walking propaganda for TFB and I actually brought them everyone in my immediate circle around me ( about 8 people). Recently there has been a decline in the performance and communication of Texas farm bureau and I’ve been getting charged late fees and cancellation fees and other weird charges that no one can override and I basically can’t recommend it unfortunately. You can’t beat the price they give you but it comes with little headache .I hope they can make things right again.
Anyone who works for Texas Farm Bureau will not answer your calls or texts. I have a claim that was filed back in September of 2020 and it has now been 4 months. I have not received an update on my claim or gotten any of the money owed to me for that claim. I have now filed a complaint with the TDI in hopes of just getting the to take accountability for this so nobody else has to go through this.
