I NEVER leave bad reviews but I’ve been trying to cancel my auto insurance for days. Called this place, lady answered the phone never told me her name, said she can’t help me at all and gave me a 1800 number. Called, never got a human to answer. Googled a Farm Bureau in Lake Orion, they had it cancelled in minutes. Never choosing Farm Bureau again.
