Have been a customer for 10 years, twice I've needed help with my roof. Have spent over 15000. Out of pocket! No help at all! I'm a 70 year old veteran! Vietnam. Limited income! I'm switching insurance next week when I get my check. I'm done with farm beaura off Sanford nc ! They don't pay!
I Have been with Texas Farm bureau for several years. I have never had any claims. Until recently My car was hit by a uninsured motorist. Jessie and his team took great care of my issue. They paid out my claim and now I'm back on the road. Thank you to everyone at your office.
This agency deleted me and me vehicle from the auto policy without notifying me. I asked them why and they said they were not obligated to do so! Very rude and sorry customer service on numerous occasions! Also Brandt Fisher wouldn’t return my calls on numerous occasions! I would not recommend him or his agency to anyone.
Very professional, knowledgeable and excellent service !
