We moved over to Farm Bureau for our auto insurance about a year ago and it was a great decision. The agent, Kurt Odom, is super nice, and his staff have always been helpful. We live in Katy, and their office is in Rosenberg, but they have been able to take care of every request I have asked about, no issues!
Raised rates to a ridiculous amount without justification. Office staff (Irene) was very unprofessional and rude. They thought we'd pay $499 a month to insure two automobiles. Funny. Switched to Progressive and now we're at $237 a month for comprehensive coverage on 2 newer vehicles. Good luck Texas Farm Bureau. You're going to need it.
