Raised rates to a ridiculous amount without justification. Office staff (Irene) was very unprofessional and rude. They thought we'd pay $499 a month to insure two automobiles. Funny. Switched to Progressive and now we're at $237 a month for comprehensive coverage on 2 newer vehicles. Good luck Texas Farm Bureau. You're going to need it.

Was a long-term customer when out of nowhere, my rates were twice higher as others my age, same driving record. The rep, whom w as great, could not figure out why. Ended up leaving & paying lower premiums for multi policies elsewhere. Very disappointing.
