Meet with Marcia regarding my home that I own in Trophy Club Texas as I need to get rid of my current homeowners insurance company!! I am presently considering different insurance carriers and she was very responsive and very helpful. She took the time to get all of the particulars together to prepare a quote for me in advance of me arriving for our meeting. My husband had been a customer for 15 years. I ended up getting added to his policy cause it was cheaper for me. We recently moved less than a mile from our previous address. Our premiums shot up $70 a month. Plus you have to pay a ridiculous membership fee of $50 a year. They lost a LONG customer. Definitely search around for the best rate. State Farm was able to save us $90 (month)for the same policy.
Being in the customer service, I've never experienced the blatant rudeness of the staff like I did this morning. Rachel is combative and instead of trying to patiently work through the miscommunication with clients becomes frustrated and abruptly ended our conversation by saying "I guess I'll have Marcia call you back because clearly I'm not helping" then abruptly hung up in the most disrespectful tone. Extremely rude staff even before the false charges. I traded in a vehicle and found a new insurance company at the same time and they still tried to charge me for another month even though the policy was canceled. I had to jump through all kinds of hoops just for them to correct the issue. Would not recommend.
