I've been with Farm Bureau since I started driving over 20 years ago. In all that time all of the agents and people with Farm Bureau have been kind and accommodating every time I've needed to speak to them. My issue is that as kind and nice as the agents are they are (in my experience) often terrible at getting anything done. Over priced!
Poor customer service and they don't know anything, my monthly payment was at 240 with 3 vehicles my husband and i on the policy and which it was fine but slowly I saw how my monthly payment started going up by 5 dlls a month, l let it pass and from 240 it went to 280 then it keeped going up until my payment was 310 and I started saying how expensive things were ( was so dumb) then from that it jump by 30 dlls to 340 which I was very confused because it was out of nowhere I called them to ask what was those 30dlls extra in m... read more
