I would look elsewhere for car insurance. They didn’t help me at all with fixing my broken car windshield from gravel trucks or give me even close to enough to fix my hail damage. My policy has almost doubled in cost in 4 years for the same car with no accidents or tickets and they expect you to pay a yearly membership fee? No thanks.

We highly recommend Darren Foster! He is an excellent agent for Texas Farm Bureau. He is very personable and helpful to find the perfect plan for your family. Thank you Darren for all you do! Marvin and Jennifer Ishmael

Not what it used to be. You are on your own if you want to file a claim. They don't care. Won't return phone calls. Not helpful or friendly.

I haven't had many problems with my car collection, but when my wife put gasoline in my new Ford F250 diesel I thought I was out about $12,000. They paid for the tow to the nearest Ford dealership and covered the damage under my policy's comprehensive clause. They offered to rent me a loaner, but I didn't need it so I declined. I sent the car to the Bentley-Rolls Royce dealer and they gave ... read more

I called jimmy my agent to find out why my renual forms have not been sent, knowing I need to renew soon. He states he "dropped the ball" told me I'm sorry it has already been expired and wouldn't let me renew. As a young person you have messed my driving record and they will drop the ball for you. Left me hanging and added surcharges on my record I will never use you again and will encourage other to never use jimmy as an agent. It's was the worst customer service I have ever had.

Michael Cross has been my family's agent for over 10 years and has ALWAYS exceeded our expectations. We have been with him and watched him grow his business, and he still provides the same family centered attention to his customers. We will never go anywhere else with our insurance needs. Sincerely, Pat. M

Went in for a work up on Life Insurance for my family. They have a kid hired for the job who barely knew how to use a stapler, much less answer simple questions. Will move on to a professional elsewhere.

Its the worst company hands down to get insurance at!!!! We had soft ball size hail by Sheppard air force base and I filed a claim on my roof and got told I have no hail damage!!!! my roof looks like crap and was replaced five years ago!!!my cars got very bad hail damage and just waiting to hear that they wont cover that and I am going to drop them like fly's!!!! Do not go here for insurance its outrageous and not worth it!!!!
