Called to get a rental insurance quote and lady on the phone said she wouldn't do it because she was about to leave and did not have time. She came back and said no agents were working today so they would not be able to fill it out or help. She told me she would transfer me to a different location and then hung up on me.
I would recommend Farm Bureau insurance because I think the process of my claim was thorough and that the payment process went smoothly. They had the best rate when I was searching for insurance. I am glad I chose them and will stay with them.

Initially good rates however "complications" Increased my rates from $225 per month for two vehicles to 639 a month for three vehicles when I added the third vehicle. Very inefficient process for enrolling an auto pay. Poor customer service.
