Three months ago, a drunk driver hit two of our cars in the driveway. To speed up the process, they recommended me to go through my insurance first, and have my insurance fight with the driver's insurance later to get my money. I had to put out a $500 deductible that one of their claim's agent promised me that I will get back. I have tried calling numerous times and she will not pick up my calls on this matter. It seems as though she is always out of the office. What a coincidence, right?
